The adorable Max Carter is innocently walking down the street with his head in the clouds when loitering hoodlum Brant Myers brushes by him. The exchange looks innocuous enough but with a quick sleight of hand Brant steals Max’s wallet. When Max realizes what’s happened the chase is on as he runs after the blond delinquent boy. Brant might have gotten away but takes a wrong turn into a dead end garage where Max catches him and is intent on teaching the little pickpocket a hard lesson with the back of his hand
